Marko is a serial investor, practitioner and a full-time coach. He is the founder of Marko & Friends™.

He grew up in a rental flat of 600sqft shared with ten other members. Today, he travelled around the world in style and does funky things like Muay Thai in Chiangmai, Sky Diving in Australia. Next will be feeding sharks in Thailand.

His passion is fuelled by the streams of passive income he receives from his properties and businesses. Armed with over 20 years of experience, his students have told him that he saved them 10 to 15 years to reach their own goals.

Together with his students, they pay the lowest $psf records in many properties locally. Many are landlords holding the highest rental dollar. Some of them have used his techniques to sell their properties at prices that many seasoned agents said impossible. All these are happening now as you are reading this. More and more of his students are doing all three. Because of these, many of his students called him “crazy coach”. A handful of his students are already freed from full-time employment within few years. They are spending more time with their loved ones and indulging in their passions. Several have relocated to reside overseas for the next few years.
