Jeshua Soh
Jeshua is not your typical Singaporean- a school drop out, filmmaker by training and accidental serial entrepreneur/investor, he spent the better part of the pandemic travelling across 55 countries whilst working in venture capital. Today, Jeshua is focused on stopping the brain drain of Myanmar's best and brightest talent by bringing in remote international job opportunities, for top talent in Myanmar through Crossworks.
With humble origins as a means to solve his own manpower problems back in 2018, Jeshua has built Crossworks into a bridge between employers and employees to discover, develop, and deploy remote Myanmar talent. Employers can save 75-85% in manpower costs while brining in much needed job opportunities into a country that has been going through a pretty rough patch. As an avid traveller/investor, Jeshua believes that the crowded places are almost always overpriced or fully priced and in the age old quote by Warren Buffet 'to be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful'.
